Naltrexone (Vivitrol)

Naltrexone is a non-opioid medication that blocks opioid receptors and can help prevent the effects of opioid use. Vivitrol® is an extended-release injectable form of naltrexone administered approximately once a month. For appropriate patients, naltrexone can be combined with counseling and recovery support as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

IOP - Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured substance use treatment while allowing participants to continue living at home and managing work, school, and family responsibilities. IOP combines counseling, education, accountability, and recovery-focused support to help individuals develop coping skills, address substance use patterns, prevent relapse, and build a foundation for lasting recovery.

Alcohol and Drug Assessments

Our alcohol and drug assessments help identify substance use concerns and determine an appropriate level of treatment or support. True North provides professional assessments for individuals seeking help voluntarily as well as those who may need an evaluation for court, probation, or other requirements. Recommendations are based on each person’s individual circumstances, needs, and recovery goals.
